Moumita is a Management practitioner responsible for interventions with client companies in the areas of Organizational Design and Development and Human Resources Management.

She has over 12 years of corporate experience with Indian & Multinational companies. Her experience covers areas of Organizational design, Organization Development, leadership development & succession planning, Program Management and Change Management, Competency frameworks design, HR systems & processes, Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee engagement.

Educational Background:

She is a Graduate Electronics Engineer from University of Pune and a Management post graduate from ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad.

She has worked across Services, Manufacturing, Insurance, IT& ITES industries and is experienced in executing Cross National projects. During her professional stint, she has collaborated extensively with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for executing and facilitating projects in various Organizations.

In her Corporate roles, she has been instrumental in identifying root causes of discontent and work ineffectiveness in various Business Units located worldwide in US, Canada, Philippines, UK and India, and has facilitated the necessary changes in various systems and processes and policies and guidelines through Management and cross functional teams across the Organization thereby enhancing productivity, employee engagement, and retention. The whole process was structured for consistent results using analytics and metrics.

She has extensive hands on experience in Leadership development that included competency identification, assessments and execution of developmental initiatives like formation of cross functional Leadership teams for project executions, shadowing, mentoring, extended responsibilities etc.; thus building up a strong succession pipeline ensuring Organizational readiness in Leadership and Critical roles. The process also ensured providing challenging opportunities to Star talent. She has been instrumental in rolling out the Succession planning process across Allianz Business Units in India and Sri Lanka and integrating the processes to the regional process handling in Singapore and central team in Germany.

She has also been instrumental in the validation and maintenance of competency frameworks and establishing competency based talent management processes that directly impacted talent acquisition, development, internal progressions and Organizational readiness. She has successfully rolled put 360 degree assessments and competency based performance management systems.

Prior to stepping into consulting, she was associated with Hinduja Global Solutions, Sears India, Baja Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd., Suzlon Energy Ltd. and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

In consulting, Moumita has executed assignments pertaining to Balanced Score carding, Organization design, manpower consolidation, skill mapping, role analysis, HR systems and processes audit and redesign, and developing performance management system.

She is and has been associated with Lexicon Group as a visiting faculty for their Global Management Program launched in collaboration with South Wales University.
